What you'll do?

• Sell

  ad inventory across bike standees, static frames, and hoardings to SMBs, local businesses, and agencies

• Own the funnel

  : cold calls, walk-ins, demos, proposals, negotiations, closures

• Handle both direct & agency sales

  ; build relationships with key planners/buyers

• Activate the market

  via regular field visits, market mapping, and competitor tracking

• Forecast & report

  : maintain clean pipelines, activity logs, and weekly projections in CRM

• Coordinate

  with ops/supply for on-ground execution, go-live checks, and proofs of performance

What makes you a great fit?

• 1+ year

  in field sales / media / print / digital / OOH (agency exposure is a plus)
• Strong

  communication, pitching, and negotiation

  skills

• Target-driven

  with a bias for action and ownership

• Local market knowledge

  in Pune (sectors, hubs, decision-makers)

• Two-wheeler/four-wheeler

  for client travel and frequent field work
