Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue through outbound sales and cold calling initiatives
• Plan and achieve sales growth targets in alignment with company objectives
• Manage and grow business from SMB and enterprise clients
• Ensure consistent month-on-month growth across assigned sales categories
• Identify and penetrate new market segments to fuel business expansion
• Maintain and update internal reporting tools and sales dashboards regularly
• Spot and recommend high-potential talent to build the sales team in the future
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery

You are the right fit, if:

• You have 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in media, B2B, or startup environments
• You’re a go-getter with strong ownership and a self-starter mindset
• You communicate clearly and confidently, both in speech and writing
• You enjoy solving problems, closing deals, and chasing ambitious sales targets
• You’re comfortable balancing daily reporting in retail sales and strategic closure in corporate sales
• You’ve successfully led client conversations end-to-end and turned prospects into paying clients
