Roles and Responsibilities

* Handle incoming and self- generated leads for real estate sales

* Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties

* Conduct physical site visits with clients

* Build and maintain long term- relationships with clients

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Maintain proper follow- up and client data using CRM or Excel

Skills Required

* Good Communication and presentation skills

* Passion for sales and real estate

* Fresher must be enthusiastic and willing to learn

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*Own Vehicle preferred ( for local site visits)
