Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baripada for an Executive Sales Manager. The Executive Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance consultants to drive sales and achieve targets. The role includes developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing sales performance. Additionally, the Executive Sales Manager will be tasked with building and maintaining client relationships, providing training and support to the sales team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and leadership
• Strong understanding of the life insurance industry and market trends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in team management and training
• Ability to work on-site in Baripada
• Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is a plus
