Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a Residential Engineer at Glomore Electro-Tech Solutions, a full-service turnkey provider of value-added electronics components solutions to various markets. With a 40-year legacy, the company focuses on providing high-quality electronic components and innovative solutions to different industries. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly and annual Sales revenue Targets - Conduct sales presentations, customer mapping, and prospecting - Manage Sales funnel and Daily reports - Deliver outstanding Sales results for Industrial electronics products in the assigned region (OEM) - Follow the business plan to meet or exceed sales objectives - Retain existing customers and develop new ones through cold calls, visits, and marketing strategies - Provide techno-commercial support in a timely manner and manage the entire sales cycle - Develop business in the assigned region and have the ability to close deals - Analyze competitor's products and marketing strategies and provide input to the business team - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth business execution - Report to the Regional sales manager and perform additional assigned duties Key Attributes for Success: - Good commercial acumen for understanding quotations, discounts, and negotiations - Competent in computer operations, MS Office, and Software Programs including ERP and CRM - Technical Skills to understand market needs, map suitable products to customers, and evaluate technical requirements - Knowledge of local market industry trends Additional Details about the Company: Glomore Electro-Tech Solutions, under the umbrella brand of Evolute Group of companies, is known for providing high-quality electronic components and innovative solutions to various industries. The company is constantly expanding its global network to be closer to customers and offers a range of electromechanical relays, including Leone, catering to diverse industry applications. Qualifications: - Diploma/Degree in Electronics Technology - Selling Skills, Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Team Player - Good interpersonal skills with strong customer relationships - Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory or pan India if required Note: Self-starter, creative, innovative, analytical, and customer-oriented individuals with field sales experience in an Indian or multinational company selling industrial products will earn brownie points.,
