Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle market mapping, candidate engagement, assessment, offer negotiation, and on boarding ensuring speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Manage end-to-end leadership hiring shaping search strategies, engaging senior talent and delivering high-impact outcomes
• Lead recruitment initiatives across Technology Services, Sales, and corporate portfolios, ensuring alignment with business priorities and leadership capability frameworks
• Leverage direct sourcing, networks, and market intelligence to build diverse executive pipelines; collaborate with sourcing and research teams to identify and attract top talent
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS; ensure compliance with internal governance and process standards
• Engage external partners or executive search firms selectively and effectively, managing relationships and ensuring delivery excellence
• Work India business hours with flexibility for global stakeholder interactions (ET/CT)
• Must have Skill Set 12+ years of recruitment experience, with 5+ years in executive or leadership search
• Proven success hiring senior leaders in technology, services, or corporate environments
• Expertise in designing and executing sourcing strategies, engaging executive-level talent, and managing complex, confidential searches
• Strong consultative and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with C-level stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple high-impact priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
