Executive Recruitment - Head

As an Executive Recruitment Head, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including market mapping, candidate engagement, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding to ensure speed, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will lead recruitment initiatives across Technology Services, Sales, and corporate portfolios, aligning with business priorities and leadership capability frameworks. Your role will involve shaping search strategies, engaging senior talent, and delivering high-impact outcomes in leadership hiring.
