Job Description: HR Professional We are looking for an experienced and skilled HR professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and the use of HR software systems. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job openings to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Focus on filling roles across various departments, including blue-collar positions. Blue-Collar Recruitment: Specialize in the recruitment of blue-collar workers, including roles in manufacturing, production, and other labor-intensive industries. Handle high-volume hiring, screening, and candidate selection. Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee grievances, ensuring a smooth and supportive working environment. Work closely with management to provide guidance and assistance in managing workplace conflicts. HR Operations: Oversee daily HR functions such as attendance management, employee records, and compliance with labor laws. Industry-Specific Experience: Previous experience working in a manufacturing unit or an industrial environment is highly preferred. Understand the specific HR challenges and requirements of such industries. HR Software Expertise: Proficient in the use of HR management systems and software. Experience with platforms such as [list relevant HR software you’ve worked with] is a plus. Qualifications Proven experience as an HR professional, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. Demonstrated expertise in blue-collar recruitment, including hands-on experience with various job profiles in manufacturing and related industries. Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in handling employee grievances and fostering positive employee relations. Familiarity with HR software tools for managing employee data and recruitment processes.
