Role & responsibilities

• Create and update job descriptions.
• Finding applicant sources from different channels such as from different job board platforms, online platforms and job websites, various social media platforms for e.g. LinkedIn etc.
• Writing recruiting emails for passive candidates.
• Reviewing application forms and resumes.
• Interacting with candidates via video, phone and in-person.
• Advertise job opportunities on job boards, social media, and companys career page.
• Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
• Respond to questions about compensation and benefits.
• Monitoring key Human Resource matrix metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
• Work with managers to determine present & future hiring requirements.
• Responsible for monitoring the generating of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, increment letters, JD etc to concerned employees.
• Updating the Database for the CVs of the various positions to have the Crew Management system updated at all times.
• Recruitment of all type of sailing vessels and not limited to FPSO, FSO, Offshore Vessels - DP Vessels, AHTS, coastal vessels Marine Crew.

1. Technical/ Domain Knowledge (Marine/O&G Industry)

1. Solid verbal and written communication skills

2. Familiarity with resume databases, relevant employment law, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

3. Should have sound judgment power

4. Recruiting and interviewing skills

5. MS teams, phone, and online meeting platform skills.
