Role Overview:

Headhunter – HR Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source high-quality candidates through platforms such as

  LinkedIn

  ,

  HR Navigator

  ,

  Apollo

  , and other recruitment tools.

• Conduct and employ targeted strategies  for headhunting ,mid-to-senior level roles across functions.

• Engage in

  active sourcing

  , including cold outreach, passive candidate engagement, and network tapping.

• Screen, interview, and evaluate potential hires against role specifications.

• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and tracking systems.

• Collaborate with senior managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.

• Execute recruitment strategies tailored to the EdTech sector and consultancy-driven hiring mandates.

• Work independently and meet hiring targets within defined timelines in a remote working setup.

• Maintains a healthy network of Clients and candidates.

Key Requirements:

• 4–5 years of

  proven headhunting/recruitment experience

  , preferably in

  EdTech

  and/or

  HR consultancy

  .

• Proficiency in

  LinkedIn Recruiter

  ,

  HR Navigator

  ,

  Apollo

  , and similar sourcing tools/platforms.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability across a variety of roles.

• Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver under tight deadlines in a remote environment.

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong understanding of Indian employment practices and hiring trends.

• Prior experience working in a

  remote recruitment setup
