Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance team as Executive – MIS & Budgeting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing management reports, financial analysis, and budgeting activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely insights to support strategic decision-making. Candidates from the banking sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.

Assist in preparation, consolidation, and analysis of annual budgets and forecasting.

Monitor budget variances and provide insights on key financial metrics.

Coordinate with business units to gather and validate data for financial reports.

Support management in financial planning, cost analysis, and performance tracking.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reporting.

Automate and enhance MIS reporting processes for improved efficiency.

Assist in preparing presentations and dashboards for management review.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial reporting standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Hands-on experience with financial modeling and MIS reporting.

Working knowledge of budgeting systems or ERP platforms (SAP / Oracle / Tally) preferred.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Exposure to banking or financial sector MIS will be an added advantage.

Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting. 4 years of relevant experience in MIS, budgeting, or financial planning. Preference for candidates from the banking or financial services sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
