Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Training Program Development & Implementation

1. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.

2. Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training, tailored to specific needs.

3. Implement training programs effectively, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and knowledge retention.

4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.

5. Maintain accurate training records and documentation in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

6. Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on feedback and industry best practices.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

1. Ensure LMS compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

2. Develop and maintain LMS training materials and user guides.

3. Collaborate with IT to maintain and update the LMS software.

4. Troubleshoot LMS issues and provide technical support to employees.

5. Manage user accounts, course assignments, and reporting within the LMS.

6. Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.

Employee Development & Performance Management

1. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.

2. Track employee progress and provide feedback on development activities.

3. Work with managers to identify development needs and create individual development plans.

4. Support the performance management process by providing training and resources to managers and employees.

5. Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to improve performance and achieve goals.

6. Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.

Organizational Development & Change Management

1. Monitor and evaluate the impact of organizational development initiatives.

2. Work with leadership to implement organizational strategies and initiatives.

3. Facilitate team-building activities to enhance collaboration and communication.

4. Conduct organizational culture assessments and recommend improvements.

5. Assist in change management efforts by communicating changes effectively and providing training to employees.

6. Support organizational development initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Compliance & Regulatory Training (Pharmaceutical Focus)

1. Ensure all training programs meet the requirements of relevant regulatory agencies.

2. Stay up-to-date on changes in regulatory requirements and update training programs accordingly.

3. Maintain accurate training records for regulatory audits.

4. Conduct training on regulatory compliance topics, such as data integrity and pharmacovigilance.

5. Create and update training materials on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for API manufacturing.

6. Develop and deliver GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
