Key Responsibilities:

✅Design and implement effective learning strategies

✅Manage and coordinate training programs across departments

✅Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development

✅Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements

Requirements:

✅ 3–5 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.

✅ Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✅ Ability to design and implement effective training programs.

✅ Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and tools.

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

✅ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Certification in Learning and Development (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) preferred.
