Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Coordinate staff orientation, mandatory training, and competency programs.
  • Support JCI compliance by maintaining required training documentation and audit evidence.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and ensure completion of required JCI trainings.
  • Maintain training records, certifications, and update LMS data and reports.
  • Assist in scheduling and documenting staff competency assessments.
  • Communicate training schedules, reminders, and updates to departments.
  • Support patient safety, quality, and infection control training activities.
  • Collect training feedback and help improve training effectiveness.
  • Assist with emergency preparedness drills and related training.
  • Provide administrative support for training materials, certificates, and reports.
