Executive - Human Resources

As an HR Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing HR policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, managing employee benefits and compensation packages, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing employee relations issues. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, preparing HR-related reports for management, and managing employee separation processes. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures - Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks - Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases - Managing employee benefits and compensation packages - Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees - Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations - Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management - Managing employee separation processes Qualifications & Skills: - MBA in Human Resources Management or related field - 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field - Familiarity with HR-related work at a school - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality - Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications outlined above, our company provides food, and the work schedule is during the day shift.
