Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Human Resources professional to join our team at Aster Global Centre - India, located in the Healthcare/Medicine industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth.
Manage and maintain accurate employee records and databases.
Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to employees.
Conduct recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.

Job Requirements
