Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Human Resources professional to join our team at Aster Global Centre - India, located in the Healthcare/Medicine industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
