Job Description
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, managing the complete end-to-end recruitment process, and coordinating interviews along with timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various platforms
Handle the full recruitment cycle—job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and selection
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Conduct HR rounds and reference checks when required
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with candidates
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing requirements
Support HR operations as needed

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,892.43 per month
