Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, references, and internal databases.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future positions.
  • Create and post job openings on various hiring platforms.

2. Screening & Shortlisting

  • Review resumes to match candidates with job requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.
  • Shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

3. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Share interview feedback with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain structured interview records and status updates.

4. Recruitment Process Management

  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions.
  • Assist with salary discussions and offer rollout if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
