Executive - HR (Generalist)

About the Role:

We are looking for a mature and responsible female candidate (preferably married) who can assist in day-to-day HR operations and recruitment. The role requires someone dependable, organized, and committed, with the ability to support management in HR activities as well as routine office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups).
• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and documentation.
• Coordinate with employees and management for smooth workflow.
• Maintain employee records and handle basic compliance-related tasks.
• Provide support in drafting letters, mails, and reports.
• Assist in administrative and coordination work as required

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Female candidate, preferably married, with maturity and stability.
• 5–10 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with HR tools/portals.
• Organized, dependable, and willing to take responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
