Executive - HR (Generalist)

You are a dynamic and proactive HR Executive sought by our export house factory to oversee all human resource and administrative functions. Your prior experience in a factory environment is essential, along with expertise in statutory compliance, recruitment, and audit handling. Your responsibilities will include recruiting both blue-collar and white-collar workers, managing HR documentation, ensuring compliance with PF and ESI regulations, monitoring attendance, and leave management. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with labor laws and handling employee grievances effectively. Additionally, you will coordinate social compliance audits such as BSCI and SEDEX, manage buyer compliance audits, and oversee day-to-day administrative tasks within the factory. Liaising with PF and ESI consultants for timely submissions and compliance is also part of your role. To excel in this position, you must be a graduate with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a factory setting. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, proficiency in social and buyer audit standards, and a background in office/factory maintenance are highly preferred. This full-time, permanent role is based at Site-5 Kasna, Greater Noida, with a day shift schedule. Required experience includes 3 years in HRIS, 2 years in auditing, and 3 years in manufacturing. Fluency in English is a must, and the work location is in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.,
