Executive - HR (Generalist)

HR Assistant / HR Executive – Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Support the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Help in onboarding new employees and preparing necessary documentation.
• Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll support activities.
• Prepare and update HR-related reports as required.
• Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Handle basic employee queries or escalate them to the HR Manager when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to company policies.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Work Experience:

• Prefer 1 – 2 years of experience in HR or administration are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
