Executive - HR (Generalist)

You are invited to join our growing company as an Executive HR Generalist in Noida Onsite. As an Executive HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Your tasks will include managing job postings, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing HR-related processes. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing job postings, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. - Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, providing HR guidance, and implementing employee relations programs. - Compliance & HR Processes: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, as well as developing and implementing HR policies. Additionally, you will support performance management processes, provide coaching, and assist with HR reporting and analytics. The minimum requirements for this role include excellent communication skills, willingness to work in night shifts, good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a graduation degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
