Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Engagement Executive to join our HR team. This role is focused on building a vibrant and inclusive culture through innovative employee engagement initiatives, onboarding experiences, internal communications, and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute monthly engagement activities (Fun Fridays, festival celebrations, listening sessions, etc.)
  • Coordinate onboarding experience – welcome calls, sessions, kits, and leadership meetups
  • Manage communication channels like Gchat emails, and internal platforms for updates
  • Support recognition programs (Pat on the Back, QRNR, Anniversaries, etc.)
  • Assist in grievance and maintaining engagement health
  • Create and maintain engagement calendars, post-event reports, and attendance data
  • Track participation and feedback on engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with other HR verticals (training, recruitment, etc.) for integrated execution

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication skills – spoken and written (English)
  • High ownership and initiative
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple events and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable with tools like Excel, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar tools

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR)

Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement

  • For Freshers (0 experience): 24 months service agreement
  • For Experienced Candidates (1 Year+): 12 -18 months service agreement
  • The agreement will be signed at the time of joining.

Other Terms

  • This is a full-time position, based out of our Indore office
  • No work-from-home option is available for this role
  • Probation Period: 6 months
  • Working Days: 5 days working

Compensation

For Fresher : stipend 6 Months 10K post conformation -15-18KFor Experienced : 22K-25K
