Job Description

Resource should have good communication skills. Should have working knowledge of Accounts, TDS, GST.

Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Executive - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in Hexaware Technologies Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to senior management.
Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and bankers.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel and financial planning tools.
