Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Executive - F&A Operations in the International BPO/Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and be based in Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage financial and accounting operations with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of financial processes.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and reports.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial and accounting operations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
