Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Executive - F&A Operations in the International BPO/Call Centre industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and be based in Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage financial and accounting operations with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of financial processes.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and reports.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in financial and accounting operations.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
