Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Chemical, MBA - Operations Experience: Min. 30 Years Location: Near Vadodara Salary: Upto 1.5 CR CTC Mandatory Experience in Chemical Manufacturing Industry (Chlor Alkali) Job Description: Strategic Leadership & Innovation – Define technical roadmaps; lead digital transformation, AI-driven controls, automation, and R&D for quality, cost, energy efficiency, carbon neutrality, and sustainability. Operations & Process Optimization – Oversee electrochemical and downstream operations with focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency; implement Industry 4.0, predictive maintenance, analytics, and Lean/TPM/Six Sigma. Safety, Compliance & Sustainability – Ensure global/local compliance, enforce zero-harm EHS culture, and drive waste, emission, and green manufacturing efforts. R&D and Innovation – Lead R&D for product development and process upgrades; collaborate with tech partners and academia; drive IP creation and knowledge sharing. Sustainability & ESG – Lead carbon footprint reduction, wastewater/circular economy, renewable energy, carbon capture, and ensure global ESG compliance. Capital Projects & Expansion – Drive CAPEX projects from concept to commissioning, modernization, and digitalization; ensure budgeted, timely execution. Leadership & Development – Lead high-performance teams, enable upskilling, and foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
