Executive - Customer Support Executive

Main Purpose:

Provide outstanding service to our customers over the phone, handle their queries, concerns and feedback with empathy and professionalism

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, striving to turn any negative experience into a positive one

Follow our business code of conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence

Key Tasks & Responsibilities :

1) Orders follow up from Customers & Franchisees including payments & co-ordination for dispatches with Plants, Finance and Sales.

2) ssue of delivery instructions to Plant for daily supplies on time.

3) Attending customers calls, Order Processing, Payment follow up.

4) Pricing preparation and Credit Control whenever required.

5) Calculation of Commission, raising of Debit/Credit note.

6) Attending customer/franchisee complaints & providing necessary solutions (Complaint management) along with reporting the same in company portal.

7) Sales related enquiries/Queries needs to address with the concern & close it in timeline and update in query data.

8) Calculation of cylinder turnover ratio and related analysis.

9) Cylinder issue & recovery and control of payment track.

10) Refund processing & Closing of Customers & franchisees account .

11) Processing of New Agreements and Custodian of important docs.

12) Also renewals and updation of old Agreements along with CCOE licenses

13)Report generation for Sales team as per timely requirements.

Key working Relationships :

1) Assist customers/franchisees with Order queries, Delivery updates, Product information and more, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

2) Collaborate with fellow team members and other departments to provide seamless customer support and satisfaction
