A) Banking Coordination & APF (Approved Project Finance) Management
Own the end\-t-end APF approval cycle for each new project: Prepare legal, technical & corporate document sets Follow up with bank legal & technical teams Resolve objections with legal & liaisoning teams Build strong partnerships with: SBI, HDFC, ICICI, AXIS, LIC Housing Finance, Canara Bank, BOI etc. Maintain APF tracker: Bank\-wise progress, validity dates, pending queries Drive multiple\-bank coverage to increase financing accessibility Outcome More bank approvals Higher sales conversion rate B) Customer Home Loan Processing Guide customers on: Loan eligibility Interest rates & bank product comparison Documentation requirements Screen customer profiles before bank submission to avoid rejections Submit applications to banks with full documentation checklist Resolve customer queries regarding: Sanction process Loan terms Disbursement timelines Result Superior customer experience with reduced dropouts C) Disbursement Follow\-Up & Revenue Realization Drive demand requests & stage\-wise disbursement approvals: Coordinate with Finance team for project invoices Coordinate with Projects team for progress certification Maintain trackers for: Disbursement pending list Delays in registration & banking due to documentation gaps Support Finance team in reconciliation of: Pre\-EMIs Part\-payment follow\-ups Cheque\/NACH tracking Impact Continuous cash flow Timely revenue recognition D) Legal \/ Technical Query Resolution Assist Legal team with: Title verification & encumbrance checks for banks Document handover for bank audits Resolve all bank action points within SLA timelines Structural plan mismatch Project approval queries Customer profile clarifications Advantages Zero rejections due to incorrect information E) Compliance, Data Security & Documentation Control Ensure strict compliance with: RBI\/NHB Housing Loan norms RERA timelines for customer payment schedules Company data security requirements Maintain secure digital & physical record management: Bank application copies Sanction letters Registration documents Ensures No audit non\-compliance or missing files F) Customer Relationship & Experience Enhancement Maintain warm relationship through regular updates Conduct bank assistance campaigns & loan support camps Reduce customer anxiety during approval and handover stage Measure High satisfaction, reduced cancellation risk
