Job Description

As an Executive-Clinical at Sagility, your primary role is to contribute to the overall team performance and profitability by implementing action plans to improve and maintain client satisfaction. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Possess basic knowledge of Healthcare. - Demonstrate good reasoning and analytical skills. - Communicate fluently in the language required for the function/location. - Exhibit active listening skills. - Show passion for learning. - Utilize influencing skills effectively. - Comprehend employee requirements accurately. - Adhere to attendance and punctuality norms. - Acquire knowledge & skills related to the process. - Process claims, develop projects, and handle calls as per process guidelines. - Adhere to SLA, understand Quality & Auditing parameters. - Meet assigned productivity goals. - Understand and adhere to quality standards. - Meet TAT requirements. - Ensure adherence to external and internal quality and security standards (HIPPA /ISO). **Mandatory Skills:** - Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills. - Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc. - Ability to improve and transform team processes across functions within the organization. - Drive individual, teams, and department efficiency and productivity through effective metric management. - Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to develop and motivate employees towards improved performance. - Delegate and manage workloads and projects across functions within the organization. - Successfully drive continuous improvement efforts by leading various work streams related to call center metrics and monitoring tools. - Operate in a complex, global environment while driving and influencing results. - Strong operational and financial acumen, executive presence, and ability to lead multiple sites. - Problem-solving skills, conflict handling, issue anticipation, troubleshooting, and proactive solution implementation. - Advanced customer focus, customer service skills, multitasking ability, and remaining calm under pressure. - Handle reporting, financial analysis, and budgeting. - Experience with client relationship management is preferred. **Education:** - Any graduates or postgraduate (preferably with a science background). **Experience:** - 1.5+ years of experience in the Healthcare domain & Clinical related field. **Location:** - Bangalore, India,
