Executive - Client Enablement

Role Overview: You will be joining RazorSign as a Client Enablement Executive, where your main responsibility will be ensuring the successful implementation and roll-out of products within specified deadlines and budget. Your role will involve planning, executing, and managing various aspects of the implementation process to deliver exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the process for configuring modelling for all products. - Assist the manager in onboarding clients effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery. - Configure product settings, integrations, and custom workflows based on client requirements. - Document client requirements, configuration details, and implementation milestones. - Troubleshoot implementation challenges and provide proactive solutions. - Track and report project progress, client satisfaction, and key onboarding metrics. - Provide training and support to clients post-implementation to drive adoption. - Identify process improvements and communicate client feedback to relevant teams. - Conceptualize and propose effective solutions in collaboration with the business to meet implementation objectives. - Obtain testimonials from clients to showcase successful implementations. Qualifications: - 1. Experience up to 3 years in client onboarding, implementation, or within a SaaS or IT environment. - 2. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field/ MBA. - 3. Collaborative, cooperative, and sales-oriented approach. - 4. Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills. - 5. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. - 6. Basic understanding of APIs, data mapping, or integrations (preferred).,
