As a Client Enablement Executive at RazorSign, you will be directly accountable for the overall success of the implementation/roll-out of the products according to strict deadlines and budget. Your responsibilities will include planning, defining target market/customers, technologies, time frames, deliverables, scope, risks, efforts, etc. You will also be responsible for defining or adopting specific processes/procedures to manage the product effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the process for Configuration modeling for all products. - Assist the manager in the onboarding of clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Sales, and Support) to ensure timely and successful delivery. - Configure product settings, integrations, and custom workflows as per client requirements. - Document client requirements, configuration details, and implementation milestones. - Troubleshoot implementation challenges and provide proactive solutions. - Track and report on project progress, client satisfaction, and key onboarding metrics. - Provide training and enablement support to clients post-implementation to drive adoption. - Identify process improvements and share client feedback with the product and success teams. - Conceptualize and formulate the best solutions in close collaboration with business to effectively address key implementation objectives. - Obtain testimonials from clients. Qualifications: - Experience up to 3 years in client onboarding, implementation, or within a SaaS or IT environment. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field/ MBA. - Collaborative and cooperative with a sales approach. - Conflict resolution and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and relationship management skills. - Basic understanding of APIs, data mapping, or integrations (preferred).
