Job Description

As a Graphic Designer & Video Editor at our company, you will be an integral part of the marketing team, bringing your expertise in graphic design, video editing, and landing page design to create visually compelling content for digital and print media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling. Your role will involve conceptualizing and developing creative assets, designing marketing materials, and optimizing high-converting landing pages to enhance viewer engagement and expand our market reach. In the realm of graphic design, your responsibilities will include creating social media graphics, website designs, print collateral, and event branding while adhering to company branding guidelines. You will be tasked with designing marketing materials such as brochures, infographics, presentations, and email templates, and preparing production-ready files for digital and print distribution. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing digital assets efficiently. When it comes to landing page design, you will design and optimize high-converting landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and lead generation. Collaborating with marketing and development teams, you will ensure that landing pages are visually appealing, responsive, and aligned with conversion goals. Applying UX/UI best practices, you will work towards improving visitor engagement and performance by testing and iterating designs based on analytics and user feedback. In the realm of video editing, you will be editing and assembling video footage to create engaging, high-quality content. Working with raw and stock footage, you will craft compelling marketing videos with seamless transitions, sound synchronization, and visual effects as per project needs. Optimization of video content for different formats and distribution channels will also be part of your responsibilities, along with exploring creative storytelling techniques and editing styles to enhance viewer engagement. Managing and organizing video assets and production files will also fall under your purview. To excel in this role, you should have 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, landing page design, and video editing, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and experience in non-linear video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, or similar tools. Hands-on experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, WordPress, or similar) is also required, along with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, branding, UX/UI, and digital trends. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, will be essential for success in this role. A portfolio showcasing your graphic design, landing pages, and video editing work is a prerequisite for consideration.,
