Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef, located in Chennai. The Executive Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage and train kitchen staff, plan and execute menus, and ensure high food quality and safety standards. Responsibilities also include inventory management, budget control, and collaborating with the management team to enhance patient and guest dining experiences.

Kitchen Management, Staff Training, and Development
Menu Planning, Nutrition, and Dietary Requirements
Food Safety, Sanitation Standards, and Quality Control
Inventory Management and Budget Control
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Experience in healthcare or hospitality industry is a plus
Culinary degree or certification from an accredited institution
