Executive Chef

The Executive Chef position is a full-time on-site role located in Dharmapuri. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, which includes menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. Your daily tasks will involve supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, managing inventory and supplies, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and innovating new recipes. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and developing kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences that guarantee customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you must possess culinary skills encompassing food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Experience in menu planning and recipe development is essential, along with proficiency in kitchen management and inventory control. A strong understanding of hygiene and safety regulations within the kitchen environment is crucial. Your ability to lead a team, provide staff training, work effectively in a fast-paced setting, and manage time efficiently will be critical to your success. Excellent customer service and communication skills are also highly valued. Ideally, you should have prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
