Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tandoor Chef (Commi1 and Commi2) at Hotel Central Plaza located in Siliguri. The Tandoor Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking tandoori dishes using traditional techniques. Day-to-day tasks include marinating meat, fish, and vegetables, managing the tandoor oven, ensuring food is prepared to the highest standard, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. The chef will collaborate with the kitchen staff and adhere to health and safety regulations. Qualifications Experience in cooking tandoori dishes and using tandoor oven techniques Knowledge of marination processes for meat, fish, and vegetables Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with kitchen staff Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality food Relevant culinary certifications or training is a plus Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
