As a Copywriter - Editorial & Brand Narrative Specialist at Rare Ideas, a women-run strategy and branding agency based in Pune, you will be an integral part of our Branding & Communications department. With a minimum of 3 years of real writing experience, you will have the opportunity to work closely with founders and businesses in the F&B, hospitality, and retail sectors to create brands that are fresh, strategic, and purposeful. Your role will involve developing research-driven content that aligns with each brand's tone of voice and strategy, crafting brand-aligned narratives that drive messaging across various channels, and collaborating with Brand Strategists to ensure consistency in brand positioning. You will be responsible for managing brand copy across social media, packaging, menus, pitch decks, and more, while also maintaining tone-of-voice guidelines across all communication channels. We are looking for a Copywriter with a strong journalistic background who excels in research, editorial structuring, and writing with clarity and purpose. This role goes beyond lifestyle content creation and requires the ability to create strategic narratives that resonate with the brand's identity and target audience. You should have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in editorial, brand content, or strategic writing roles, with a strong understanding of structure, clarity, grammar, and narrative flow. Being research-oriented with a critical eye for tone, detail, and audience relevance is essential. Experience in maintaining and adapting brand voice across diverse media is preferred, along with the ability to use AI tools as creative assistants without compromising thoughtful writing.
