Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Chennai. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, and leading the kitchen team. Daily tasks include menu planning, inventory management, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and upholding health and safety standards. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Expertise in menu planning, culinary techniques, and food presentation
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a kitchen team
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to culinary excellence and innovative dining experiences
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
• Experience in luxury hospitality or heritage properties is an advantage
