Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Chennai. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, and leading the kitchen team. Daily tasks include menu planning, inventory management, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and upholding health and safety standards. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall dining experience for guests. Qualifications Expertise in menu planning, culinary techniques, and food presentation Strong leadership skills and experience managing a kitchen team Proficiency in inventory management and cost control Knowledge of health and safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards Excellent communication and collaboration skills Commitment to culinary excellence and innovative dining experiences Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred Experience in luxury hospitality or heritage properties is an advantage

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Grand Hotel D’Europe located in Puducherry. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, creating and updating menus, managing inventory and purchasing, ensuring food quality and consistency, and supervising kitchen staff. Additionally, the Executive Chef will collaborate with management to design and implement innovative culinary programs, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and provide training and mentorship to junior chefs. Qualifications Culinary expertise in continental and North Indian cuisines Experience in menu creation, food presentation, and cost management Leadership skills to manage and develop kitchen staff Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant Formal culinary training or degree in Culinary Arts is preferred
