About the Role

Executive Assistant to the CIO

Your Impact

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain the CIO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Screen and prioritize emails and communications; draft responses and handle sensitive inquiries.
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for meetings, board reviews, and business reviews.

PMO Coordination & Task Management

  • Track progress on key initiatives and maintain action item registers for CIO-led programs.
  • Support PMO functions such as project status reporting, milestone tracking, risk/issue logs, and stakeholder updates.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure alignment across various digital transformation workstreams.
  • Prepare dashboards, timelines, and executive summaries for leadership reviews.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the liaison between the CIOs office and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and distribute internal communications; maintain communication cadence (e.g., newsletters, updates).
  • Support global DT team engagement: manage SharePoint content, plan town halls, and drive engagement campaigns.

Data, Financial, and Event Management

  • Use advanced

    Microsoft Excel

    skills to manage project budgets, analyze departmental spend, and create reports.
  • Support financial tracking, vendor coordination, and contract management in collaboration with procurement.
  • Plan and execute executive and team events (e.g., off-sites, workshops) in partnership with hospitality and logistics teams.

Presentation & Reporting

  • Create, format, and edit high-impact

    presentations and reports

    using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Visualize data in clear, concise formats and support storytelling for leadership communications.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Executive Assistant Experience

    : 8+ years supporting C-suite or senior leadership with calendar, travel, and communication management.
  • PMO/Project Coordination

    : Experience managing or supporting enterprise-level initiatives, with strong knowledge of project management tools and workflows.
  • Communication

    : Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to interact with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Microsoft Office Suite

    : Advanced proficiency in

    Excel

    (pivot tables, formulas, charts),

    PowerPoint

    , and

    Outlook

    .
  • Organization & Multitasking

    : Strong attention to detail, with a proactive mindset to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
