As a subsidiary of Japan-based company., Ltd., the company combines Japanese engineering precision with Indian manufacturing excellence to deliver world-class valve solutions


Job Responsibility:

* Manage professional and personal scheduling for Managing Directors including agendas, e-mail’s, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other logistics

* Coordinate scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to Senior Members and Heads of the Organization

* Making and sharing Company Presentation, Profile with our Customers

* Maintaining various reports in different format.

* Should be well versed with Computers, Excel, Formulas, Reports, Data Maintenance & Data Analysis

* Manage, coordinate, and arrange travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination

* Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database

* Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all the materials and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

* Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite

* Overseeing Budgets & expenses

* Streamline processes using data analytical tools

* Participate & Coordinate in formal business development with the Managing Directors during various forums, seminars, conferences, events

* Support in Brand Building in coordination with the Managing Director
