Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Kashipur for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. The Executive Assistant will provide executive administrative assistance, executive support, diary management, and administrative assistance. Duties include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Managing Director's office.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
• Proficiency in Diary Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Proficiency in office software and tools
