Executive Assistant to Managing Director

As a candidate for the role of Planning and Coordination Executive for the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include: - Planning, coordinating, creating agendas, and preparing minutes of meetings and activities for the Managing Director. - Prioritizing and managing multiple assignments concurrently and ensuring timely follow-up on issues. - Coordinating with various business teams to organize review meetings, discuss business plans, gather necessary data, and create presentations for meetings as needed. - Planning and overseeing tasks for the Managing Director. - Demonstrating willingness and flexibility to support all areas of the business. - Managing communication on behalf of the Managing Director. - Serving as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external clients. - Generating reports, presentations, and briefs. An ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications: - Sound knowledge of Office Management Systems and Procedures. - Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and PowerPoint. - Ability to effectively convey Managing Director's messages to the intended recipients. - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. - Aspiration for a leadership role. - Familiarity with the latest office gadgets and applications. - Strong ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
