Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, based in Ludhiana, India. The Executive Assistant will provide direct administrative support to the Managing Director, oversee diary management, arrange meetings, and coordinate schedules. Responsibilities include preparing reports, managing communication and correspondence, organizing events, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The role requires strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and professional communication skills to support the Managing Director in strategic tasks and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Graduate/ MBA

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management tools and systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in corporate environments will be an advantage.
