Executive Assistant to Managing Director

About the position : Good Enough Energy Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will support senior management and ensure the efficient operation of the office. Key Responsibilities : Execute and manage tasks delegated by the Director across departments. Ensure timely follow-up and closure, and provide brief status updates. Circulate policies and strategic instructions across teams. Track implementation and ensure adherence to directives. Convert verbal inputs and informal ideas into structured documents and SOPs. Maintain clear and professional records of communication. Manage internal and external coordination on behalf of the Director. Ensure follow-ups and alignment without direct involvement of the Director. Communicate the Director’s vision effectively to relevant teams. Conduct structured briefings to support knowledge transfer. Prepare weekly and monthly performance trackers and summaries. Highlight key outcomes, issues, and improvement areas Conduct background research to support strategic decisions. Create concise briefs and provide relevant insights. Identify process inefficiencies and execution gaps. Recommend and help implement effective solutions.
