Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant to the Managing Director who provides high-level administrative support, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling confidential information, and acting as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
Coordinate communication and act as the point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external parties.
Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential documents.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
Assist in planning and organizing company events, board meetings, and off-site functions.
Handle ad-hoc duties and special assignments as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience- Fresher-5Yrs
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience supporting C-level executives.
