About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Coordination

  • Manage the Founders calendar, appointments, and daily scheduling with efficiency and foresight.
  • Handle email correspondence, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting briefs, and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Travel & On-Ground Assistance

  • Plan and coordinate end-to-end travel logistics (flights, hotels, itineraries, visas).
  • Accompany the Founder on business trips when required.
  • Provide on-site coordination during meetings, events, and engagements.
  • Adapt quickly to schedule changes and dynamic environments.

Operational & Administrative Tasks

  • Track and manage projects, deadlines, and to-dos on behalf of the Founder.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize events, conferences, investor meetings, and special projects.
  • Maintain records, databases, and filing systems.

Strategic & Decision-Making Support

  • Conduct research, gather insights, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Assist the Founder in evaluating opportunities, preparing proposals, and managing priorities.
  • Represent the Founder professionally in meetings where required.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively identify solutions to challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree

    (Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred).

  • Smart, quick thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly reliable, accountable, and trustworthy.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Confident decision-making abilities and sound judgment.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, Notion, Slack, and project tracking systems.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently, sometimes with short notice.

Preferred Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience supporting Founders, CEOs, or senior leaders.
  • Experience in a startup, corporate, or high-intensity work environment.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Professional presence and a positive attitude.
