Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

As an Executive Assistant at The Wellness Shop, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in a fast-paced work environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and coordinating the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. - Preparing reports, presentations, and other confidential documents. - Attending key meetings and documenting minutes for timely follow-ups. - Serving as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. - Providing support with research, data compilation, and other strategic tasks as needed. - Assisting with personal tasks and offering administrative support to the CEO. - Collaborating with department heads to ensure smooth workflow and communication within the organization. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar executive support role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - High level of discretion and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing environments. - Willingness to work from either Jaipur or Bangalore office.,
