Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in Vadodara. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, supporting the CEO, managing expense reports, handling diary management, and performing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively support the CEO's daily activities and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
• Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and Diary Management
• Strong skills in Administrative Assistance
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a similar role supporting senior executives is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
