Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Situated on-site in Noida, the Executive Assistant will handle executive administrative assistance, executive support, expense reports, diary management, and general administrative assistance. The individual will be responsible for supporting the CEO in their daily activities, managing schedules, preparing executive reports, and facilitating communication within the organization.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Executive Support and Diary Management skills
• Experience in managing expense reports
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
